Every time I try to fill a glass, it brings back that annoying feeling of standing in the kitchen half-asleep, just watching the water crawl out. It’s way too slow, and I’m tired of waiting around for something that should take a few seconds.

Had to deal with a return and warranty stuff. Not smooth at all. The replacement took forever. Way longer than it should have.

I really like the idea of the filters, but dealing with customer support was frustrating. I reached out with a question about my order and it took a few days to get an actual helpful response. The first reply felt like a copy-and-paste answer and didn’t really address what I asked. When I followed up, the tone made me feel a little talked down to, which wasn’t great. It wasn’t the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, but for the price, I expected faster and more respectful help

I’ll admit the taste is better than before, but I’m still disappointed overall. I was hoping the improvement would make a bigger difference, and it just didn’t quite get there for me.

Putting it together wasn’t too bad, but the instructions could’ve been a bit clearer. It ended up taking me longer than I thought it would, lol, but I got it done

Overall, I think this is a good filter. The parts seem mostly reliable, or at least they have been for me so far. I did notice it leaks sometimes, though I’m not completely sure if that’s the filter itself or maybe something about how I set it up. It’s not a huge issue, but it’s something I’ve had to keep an eye on.

I was expecting my order to have arrived by now, but it still hasn’t shown up. I don’t mind a short delay, but at this point it’s disappointing not having any delivery yet...

I bought this mostly because I wanted something with a bigger capacity, and it does the job well. It holds enough water for my kitchen most days, so I’m not constantly refilling it, which is the main thing I cared about.
The only downside is that it can feel a little clunky when I’m cleaning it or moving it around. I weirdly remember the first time I filled it up, I bumped it against the same cabinet handle twice in five minutes. It works fine, just not the most convenient thing to deal with every single day

Not gonna lie, I was expecting this filter to make a noticeable difference, but the water still tasted off to me. It didn’t really seem like it cleaned much at all

I thought getting the filters primed would be a hassle, but it was actually quick. I just followed the steps, did that part like it said, and everything has been running fine since. Maintenance hasn’t been a big deal either...

I bought one of these systems it seemed solid at first. The water tasted good, so I was happy with that part, but the plastic spigot felt kind of cheap from the beginning, which made me a little nervous.

After around 8 months, the finish started getting spots on it and one of the filters didn’t seem to sit right anymore. For what it costs, I really expected it to hold up better. Customer service was okay, but I kept getting different answers depending on who I talked to, which was frustrating. Overall, I’m just not that impressed with the durability.

I paid a bit less than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The filter seems to be working really well so far, though I guess I’ll have to see how it holds up over time.
